Trains

The mainline train station is Exeter St David's which is about a 20 minute walk from the Cathedral. Alternatively the "slow line" from London Waterloo comes in to Exeter Central which is just a 5 minute walk to the Cathedral.

Taxi

If anyone needs a taxi then Apple are the easiest option

Park and ride

There are a number of park and ride options. The buses bring you to Paris Street 6 minutes walk from the Cathedral. If you are coming from the north or the east then Honiton Road is the recommended option. From the south use Matford. Both sites run P&R buses until about 1930 and after that normal buses can be used until about 2330.

Car parking

The City Council website has a wealth of information about all the car parking options in Exeter. The closest is Cathedral & Quay. Charges apply all day until 1800. Cost is £10.
